Glossaire
Service : Le service OVHcloud concerné
OpenStack Zone : nos services PCI et VPS fonctionnent sur une technologie OpenStack. Nous avons plusieurs régions OpenStack différentes, qui sont distinctes des Datacentres. Le tableau indique la correspondance entre ces régions et le datacentre. La région OpenStack est disponible dans l’espace client pour chaque service concerné.
Datacenter : Le datacentre dans lequel le service est physiquement hébergé.
Status : L'état actuel du service :
- récupérable* (recoverable) : service isolé par mesure de sécurité pouvant être totalement ou en partie remis en service prochainement
- non récupérable (non-recoverable) : service affecté au cours de cet événement qui ne pourra pas être rétabli
- en cours d’investigation (under investigation) : service dont une partie peut être éventuellement récupérable* ou non récupérable (diagnostic en cours)
*Compte tenu de la situation exceptionnelle, et malgré tous nos efforts, il est possible que des services indiqués comme « Récupérables » ne soient malheureusement pas rétablis.
Internal Backup (DC/Service) : Sauvegardes effectuées par OVHcloud pour ses besoins de gestion du service (non contractuelles).

Service Backup (en option si souscrite par client) : Pour permettre à nos clients de mettre en sécurité leurs données, OVHcloud propose des services de backup optionnels gratuits ou payants, dans le même datacentre (local) ou dans un autre datacentre (multi-DC).
